In the US, she got her MBA post-graduation from Fuqua School of Business, North Carolina. After closing her MBA, she started working in the US itself. Namita clutch the position of Business Financial Lead in the Financial Department Planning of Glasgow and Guidant Corporation (now Abbott) in the US.
