Career Timeline
Modelling & debut (2016-2018)
Ridhima began her career as a model & did modeling projects such as Sunsilk, Fair & Lovely, Dove, Harpic, Veet, Luminous, Set Wet and many other. In February 2016, Ridhima created her acting place into Hindi television industry with Life OK’s sitcom Bahu Hamari Rajni Kant. The show categorized her immense appreciation for the main character of Rajni, a super humanoid robot & recognized her Gold Award for Best Debut Actress. The show ended in February 2017.
In 2017, She contested in Sony Entertainment Television’s The Drama Company. Venturing into digital world, she worked in Voot’s web series Yo Ke Hua Bro. Star Plus signed her to host dance competition reality show Dance Champions that year. After doing a cameo character in Big Magic’s Deewane Anjane, she starred as the simple & sweet Devina Kapoor in ALT Balaji romantic web series Hum – I’m Because of Us created by Ekta Kapoor in 2018.
Khatron Ke Khiladi & beyond (2019–present)
In 2019, Pandit joined in Colors TV’s stunt-based reality show Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 9 and suit the 2nd runner-up.
Collaborating with the channel back-to-back for the 2nd time, she worked in the game comical show Khatra Khatra Khatra. From August 2019 to February 2020, Ridhima played Amrita Sharma in Zee TV’s science fiction drama Haiwaan : The Monster produced by Kapoor. In 2021, she joined in Bigg Boss OTT and obtained eliminated on Day 18 together with her link Karan Nath.

| Controversies | In August 2016, the International Business Times, a media outlet based in India, reported that Pandit was not cooperating well in the shooting of the series Bahu Hamari Rajni Kant. It was reported that she was often late and took a lot of time for shooting makeup. She was as well accused of making scenes when asked regarding clarification for her negligence.
